Privacy Policy

Every day it seems there is a news story concerning the loss of personal information from businesses and government. Such losses can occur through outright theft (hackers infiltrating the servers of a major credit card company) or through simple negligence (a laptop full of medical information on veterans left on the subway of a major U.S. City). No system of protection is 100 percent full proof. But one of our highest priorities is protecting the information entrusted to us by our clients.

Our policy is very straightforward:

1. We only collect the information necessary to accomplish our business purposes efficiently and effectively. We collect the information that we do to provide the best customer service possible to our clients.

2. We use multiple layers of protection to keep your personal information private. We use state of the art encryption to protect personal information on secure servers. This information is stored separately from our web servers—even the best firewalls can be breached by a determined hacker. The servers are kept in locked, limited access areas of our company. Access to the personal information of our clients is strictly governed by our internal rules and procedures. Only those employees who have had thorough background investigations with a specific business need to know can see your information—and they cannot remove it for any reason from our offices.

3. Unless we are required to, we do not share or transfer your information with any outside third parties. Unlike some companies, we make all our money providing quality services to our clients—not by selling their personal information to marketing companies or data brokers. There only three circumstances under which information is shared or transferred. First, we are required by law to respond to a lawful court order issued as part of an ongoing law enforcement investigation. Second, we will share information on a limited basis with other businesses and organizations to prevent fraud and mitigate losses due to fraud. Finally, should our business ever be sold to or merged with another, we will transfer your information to the new company as part of our business assets.

In addition to the information you voluntarily share with us, we collect limited information on visitors to our website for purposes of statistical analysis only. This includes i.p. address, date and time of visit, pages visited, and referal websites if applicable. This information is not linked to you directly.
